In January 2022, longtime friends and professional colleagues Chase Neal and John Brock founded SurgNet Health Partners, Inc. “SurgNet”, a dedicated surgery center development and management company, based in Nashville, Tennessee.
In December of the same year, SurgNet consummated a formal financial partnership with three private equity firms: Fulcrum Equity Partners (GA), Leavitt Equity Partners (UT), and Harpeth Capital (TN).
In August 2023, SurgNet acquired its first surgery center in Ohio and commenced operations. A second center in Michigan was acquired in September of 2023.
When Chase and John formed SurgNet, they placed their employees, their patients, and their ASC physician partners at the core of the business. Both John and Chase believe that healthcare is a service industry, which is experience-based.
Their combined vision is to have a differentiated partnership model and a different approach to surgery center management by focusing on customer service. Of its differentiators, SurgNet aims to be physician-centric, nimble, and to provide hands-on expertise from the top down.
It is the founder’s vision to have autonomous surgery centers with empowered staff serving with the united goal of “always doing the next right thing” for our patients, and our ASC physician partners.
We are committed to upholding the highest level of integrity in all circumstances, treating everyone we interact with the utmost respect. Transparency is a cornerstone in our relationships with partners, just as accountability is essential in our commitments to patients and ASC partners alike. Operational adaptability allows us to meet evolving needs, and clinical excellence remains our number one priority in delivering patient care.
We view success as helping our physician partners realize their vision, not ours.
