Chase Neal - Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO
Chase Neal has 20+ years in Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) development and has represented the nation's largest ASC and hospital management companies on the development of their joint ventured ASCs and hospital operating companies with physician investors. He has completed over 75 hospital and surgery center development and syndication projects nationally, having raised over $250M from 1000+ individual physician investors, and is experienced in the acquisition and turnaround of distressed surgery centers. He holds seven FINRA securities licenses including the Series 79 investment banking representative and the Series 24 investment banking Principal. Chase holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sewanee -The University of the South.
John D. Brock - Co-Founder, President and COO
John Brock has spent 30+ years in healthcare executive leadership and operations. He has served as the CEO or COO for six different hospitals and surgery centers both for-profit and not-for-profit and has worked with Baptist Health (AR), Healthtrust, Inc., Columbia/HCA, Community Health Systems, Covenant Health System (TX) and Symbion/Surgery Partners. John spent 13 years as the administrator of a large multi-specialty, physician-owned ASC that performed over 100K surgeries during his tenure. As a results-driven operator, he specializes in margin enhancement, expense management, physician recruitment/relationships and facility culture. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
David E. Manning - Senior Vice-President
David Manning has spent 34+ years in healthcare administration. David is a 7-time CEO and COO leading hospitals and ASCs in multiple markets. He began his career with Humana/Galen/Columbia-HCA and has also led CHS and tax-exempt hospitals. Over the last 19 years, he has led ASCs with HCA, USPI, and SCA as well as an independent center. David’s experience reflects a record of business development, financial and clinical operational improvement, strong facility governance, and physician relationships. He has extensive experience in taking facilities and new services from strategic concepts/initiatives to operational realities - including CON applications and approvals, design and construction oversight, physician and staff recruitment, equipment acquisition, and ongoing operational growth after implementation.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science and Health and Hospital Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Greg Salchow - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Salchow brings strategic financial and operational insight to SurgNet. His professional experience includes healthcare consulting with a focus on financial performance and revenue cycle management. He served as treasurer and investor relations officer for two public companies, one of which grew from $300 million to $1.2 billion in revenue during his tenure. He also worked as a senior equity analyst for several Wall Street firms including Raymond James & Assoc. His areas of expertise are capital markets, financial analysis and forecasting and implementing strategic initiatives.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Owen School of Graduate Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
